There is a dog outside that is been whimpering for at least a half an hour.
Probably longer. I’ve only been awake for a half hour.
Same dog that barks for hours on end and just gets ignored.
Some people just shouldn’t have dogs if they’re going to ignore it and leave it outside in freezing temperatures all night.
